Scope: In the highly cost competitive market of Williamsburg, KGA proposed plank and bearing-wall construction allowing for large expanses of glass. The combination of a gray block and glass façade reflects the mix of sensibilities characteristic of this transitional neighborhood, a blend of art and industry, of color and steel.
